Why do we need your information?
SENSYS will process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Management of customers, suppliers and other entities;
- Issuance of billing documents;
- Marketing;
- Recruitment;
- Obligations inherent to the employment contract.
For recruitment purposes, the data received will be deleted 30 days after receiving them.
Will my information be shared with others?
Your information will not be shared with entities that do not have, with SENSYS a confidentiality agreement or proof of implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation.
What are my rights?
At any time you can request:
- The information we have about you;
- Correction of information if it is incorrect or incomplete;
- Delete or limit the processing of your personal data.
Requests will be handled with special care so that we can ensure the effectiveness of your rights. You will always be informed of the measures taken pursuant to your request within a maximum period of one month from the moment the request is made.

Right of access - The holder of personal data has the right to obtain from SENSYS confirmation that the data concerning him are or are not the object of processing and, if applicable, access his personal data.
Right of rectification - The holder of personal data has the right to obtain from SENSYS the rectification of incomplete or incorrect data concerning him.
Right to be forgotten - The holder of the personal data has the right to request SENSYS to delete the personal data when one of the following reasons applies:
- Personal data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or processed;
- The data subject has withdrawn the consent for data processing and there is no other basis for such processing.
The same cannot be applied if it is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation.
Right of opposition - You can object to the processing of your personal data whenever the processing is carried out for the purposes of direct marketing.
Can I revoke my consent later?
Yes, as long as the withdrawal of consent does not conflict with data retention deadlines for reasons of public interest, national security, invoicing, commercial, tax or other reasons.
Confidentiality - We are committed to maintaining confidentiality regarding the content of the documents entrusted to us and any information transmitted by the client about their activity. We will in no way disclose information relating to the customer, supplier and other entities without their authorization, with the exception of employees or subcontractors authorized by SENSYS who need this information to carry out their tasks. We require the signature of a confidentiality statement for all our employees and subcontractors.
